Congressman Bruce Westerman kicked off his agriculture tour of the Fourth District last week. ArFB President Rich Hillman presented him with the Friend of Farm Bureau Award during a visit to Camp Couchdale in Hot Springs and we caught up with him after a meeting with row crop, catfish and produce farmers in Ashley County.
