The Arkansas State Fair and Livestock Show opens October 14 in Little Rock. County fairs are an important part of the fabric of rural America and they serve to determine which young people will get to have their animals judged at the state livestock show. This will be the 41st year Travis Justice of Arkansas Farm Bureau has assisted with the show at the State Fair and in this conversation, discusses why it’s an important event for thousands of Arkansas youth.
