March 6 – 12 is Agriculture Safety Awareness Week. Agriculture remains one of the most dangerous occupations in the U.S. and many farm-related injuries and deaths are preventable. Jason Kaufman is a safety coordinator for Arkansas Farm Bureau. He discusses how most accidents and disabling injuries on farms and ranches can be avoided by slowing down and taking precautions when working with equipment and animals.
