Derek and Carlee Helms of Clark County will soon complete a two-year term representing Arkansas on the American Farm Bureau Young Farmer & Rancher Committee. Derek, who also serves as president of Clark County Farm Bureau, shares how serving on the national committee has helped him grow as a leader and advocate for agriculture here at home.
